Mike RapierFounderMike Rapier is a Master Electrician and has served American Industry for 28 years and has helped start (3) other electrical contracting companies that are in business to this day prior to founding RAPIER INDUSTRIES. Throughout most of his career he been very fortunate to be exposed to mostly the industrial realm of Engineering, Consulting, & Contracting services spanning from the Manufacturing, Petro-Chemical, Food & Beverage markets to name a few. Alex ZummoDirector of OperationsOperations manager with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Alex has 13 years of experience in construction management and joined our team in July 2022. His expertise is in construction operations and management, with an extensive background in aerospace, data centers, automotive, and industrial construction. |

David LinkDirector of HRDavid Link is an HR and Safety Director with over 20 years of experience. He holds an MBA, MA in International Management and MS in Healthcare Management from UT Dallas. He is a retired United States Marine with extensive training in leadership and in technical areas which include test equipment, calibration, electro-optics, ground weapon systems and technical training. He believes in the good of people and giving back. When not working, he spends time with his family, mostly spoiling his grandkids. |

Shannan NortonDirector of AdministrationShannan Norton is Director of Administration at Rapier Industries and was instrumental in starting the company with Mike Rapier. Shannan has over 15 years of industry experience, 12 of which she has worked directly with Mike Rapier and has served in numerous roles in her tenure with the company. Shannan excels at special projects and customer service. Shannan is passionate about serving others and the community. When Shannan is not working, she enjoys traveling, volunteering at the local Catholic church and spending time outside with her husband Eric and their 5 children. |
